Luisa Amanda Padilla has over 10 years of experience in content distribution, television production, and sales management. Her career began in the production of a successful television program in Nicaragua, where she gained solid expertise in administration, finance, and production processes. Luisa further expanded her skill set with a position in Corporate Communications, strengthening her profile as a well-rounded professional in the industry.

In 2014, she made a career shift and joined RMVISTAR, the content distribution company founded by the renowned sales executive Rose Marie Vega. Thanks to her strategic vision, leadership, and commitment to quality, Luisa has been instrumental in RMVISTAR's continued expansion, contributing to the company's ongoing success in the competitive television market.
